Beef Hamburger Patties

Now be honest with me, who doesn’t like a good burger? I didn’t think so. I love burgers and making the patties from scratch is great because you know what’s in them and you know they’re going to taste great.

Just between you and me, rolling the patties can be quite therapeutic sometimes. This is also a great opportunity to get the kids involved to make them with you. My tip for the patties is if you want a little kick, just add a splash of tabasco sauce.
