Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund if: (a) For change of mind. (b) The product is not returned to us. (c) You are not living at the shipping address you provided on the order. (d) The product was not purchased from our online store.

If an item is damaged in transit, images upon arrival are required immediately. We’ll then determine best course of action.

If you are approved for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

RETURNS

We hope that you are very happy with your order once you get it. However if you are not then please get in touch with us immediately – hello@dadshomekitchen.com

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
