Greek Style Chicken

This easy Greek style chicken uses a delicious and simple marinade that will give chicken the classic Greek flavours you know and love.

If I had to pick a favourite meat it would have to be chicken. There is something about the taste and smell of it cooking that brings back memories of my mother roasting a chicken on a Sunday. Im not roasting a chook this time, but can I tell you that the smells that were in my kitchen today making this Greek style chicken were just phenomenal. This dish is just mouth-wateringly delicious. The marinade is such a winner and can be used for all dietary choices.

Cooking for different diet choices such as vegan or vegetarian has never been easier these days. Marinading and cooking a chicken breast or vegan equivalent is no different. Both taste amazing in their own right. It’s amazing how simple it is to make meal choices that will please all of the hungry mouths in your house.

I made the chicken for myself and Maggie and the vegan chicken for Bec. If I may be a little bold too, is to suggest you served it with the Greek Style Potatoes and roasted broccolini. One last cheeky tip for you is to eat it with a good white wine like a Viognier. Enjoy!
