Spicy BBQ Wedges

I’m a big Australian Rules Football (AFL) fan and when footy season is just around the corner and I’m looking at the TV guide to find out when the games are on to watch the Brisbane Lions take home the flag this season. Confident? Yes, cocky? no, there are two steps that generally follow. 1. Asking myself “Will I be at the game or whose house are we watching at”, and 2. What footy snacks will I make for the game.

If you having your mates over to watch the game, this snack is great to munch on while the game is playing or ready for quarter time. These wedges just scream YUUUM & go great with a nice cold beer. I’m a red wine drinker but when I have these sorts of snacks I can’t go past a Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale.

The wedges take no time at all to prep, so you can time it all so that you don’t miss the first bounce of the game. By the way this isn’t a sponsored post so I will just say it again….GO THE LIONS (cue club song)
