Super Quick Garlic Aioli

One of my all time favourite food essentails is aioli. I love it and it goes so well with just about anything from chips (or fries wherever you may be from), on burgers and even drizzled over veges or used as a dipping sauce. So I thought I would share with you a very easy and quick way to make aioli.

Of course you can make it from scratch starting with making your own mayonnaise, but there are times that you just need a break and use the pre made stuff. If you have the time to make aioli from scratch then of course go for it, however if you dont but don’t want to use the aioli from the Supermarket, then try my quick way to awesome aioli.

Prep time & Make




  • 1/2 cup 1/2 of your favourite mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp 2 minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp 2 lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, garlic & lemon juice and mix through.
  • Taste and then add your salt and pepper until you are happy then serve with your snacks.
