How good does this look for a little breakfast action? I can definitely tell you that not only does is look great, but it’s tastes amazing, it’s healthy and super quick to make. This dish is a great option if you’re entertaining for breakfast or brunch. Normally I would have this on sourdough but I had some pane di casa in the house but you can use which ever bread you like. Its all about what you like or have in the house at the time.
It’s not a difficult dish to make however, you can go a little too far and lose the balance of flavours, just be a little careful with how much onion you put into it as the onions or in fact any of the ingredients can over power one another if you’re not careful.
Another good tip to remember for this is not to blitz the avocado too much, as it gives you a little texture and I like it a little rustic. If you like your smash creamy, then absolutely make it creamy. At the end of the day it’s about what you like. give it a go and… Happy Eating!
