Dad’s Devilled Eggs

Are you’re looking for ideas on what to have as an appetizer when you’re entertaining? Look no further. This is my take on Devilled Eggs which is a big favourite in our house. This dish is perfect for when you’re entertaining or even just a snack at home.

If I give just one tip with this dish, is that you must use good quality brand of curry powder. You also might notice that the amount of eggs in the picture doesn’t match up to the recipe, that’s because I couldn’t help myself and just had to quality test. Enjoy!
