Pink Gin & Prosecco

How does a pink gin cocktail sound? Bec is a huge gin fan & when she found this little doozey I’m pretty sure she hugged the bottle.

The flavour of the elderflower just pops right through, giving a burst of sweet through that tartness of the prosecco. We have tried other pink gins but taste wise according Bec, Kalki Moon is the way to go. With the prosecco, your favourite brand will do the trick.

• 30 ml 30 Kalki Moon Pink Gin

• 15 ml 15 lemon juice

• Prosecco

Directions

• Add the pink gin & lemon juice in your cup.
• Top your glass up with prosecco & give it a little stir. Enjoy
