Garlic, Honey & Soy Glazed Sausages

Who doesn’t love a good sausage? This recipe is so simple and the taste is just amazing. It’s super versatile too. Add them to a plate of vegetables or if you use mini sausages or even chipolatas, it’s a delicious addition to take to a party for nibbles. For the vegans out there you can use your favourite vegan sausage.

My only tip with this dish is that you let the sausages marinate for a couple of hours. If you don’t have that much time, try to let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
