Hungarian Style Broccoli

If you’re looking for something a little different to have with your meat and three veg or you’re trying to find a way to get your little one to eat broccoli then TADA! This is really simple to make and I’m pretty sure they won’t have anything left on their plate. Or at least I know you won’t.

Hungarian Style Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 head 1 of broccoli

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 butter

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 fresh dill

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 paprika

Directions

  • Cut the broccoli into bite size florets.
  • On your stove top on a medium heat steam them in a saucepan for 10- 15 minutes.
  • Remove and keep them covered to keep warm.
  • In another saucepan melt the butter, then add the bread crumbs, dill, salt & saute until crumbs are golden brown.
  • Combine with the broccoli & add a pinch of paprika then serve. Delicious!
