Peanut Butter Logs

With kids theses days, the emphasis on sending them to school with healthy food options is so prevalent every where you go. Gone are the days where kids went to school with one or two naughty items in their lunch box and some schools will check their lunches to look at what kids are bringing.

This snack option is great for either school snacks or snacking at home. Most of you will know this as “Ants on a log” but my little one isn’t a fan of ants so I changed the name for her. This long time little legend of a snack is a super quick to make & fits beautifully into their lunch or bento boxes.

If I’m making this at home for a weekend or school holiday snack I like to drizzle a little honey over the top.
