Sweet & Smokey Brisket Dry Rub

No matter what time of year it is, you can always make time for a BBQ. With holidays fast approaching you can bet your bottom dollar there are going to be a lot of family and friends getting together for some good old fashion catch up and maybe a few BBQs.

I’m pretty sure there’s definitely going to be some cook offs too, so when that time comes I’m going to be getting my dry rub ready so I can do my slow cooked beef brisket for everyone. This dry rub is just amazing and my secret weapon. If you aren’t a fan of a little kick in your dry rub then just add 1 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper instead of two. The measurements for the rub are based on using a 2kg brisket. Here’s Cheers to BBQs with family and friends.
