Creamed Silverbeet

It’s Sunday, and as in our family, most of us will probably have a roast for either lunch or dinner. I want to share one of the sides we have from time to time with our roast which I’m sure you will love. I say from time to time because this is quite a decadent side to have and from my point of view, it’s best to eat in moderation. As much as I would like to have this every week, my waistline would not appreciate it. It’s very easy & quite quick to make so you can make it while you roast is resting.

You know I’m going to say it again, but my tip with this dish is that if you can, use real butter for flavour. Once you have this decadent dish I’m sure it will become part of your Sunday roast arsenal.
