Anyone who knows me, knows I like a good roast. I don’t know what it is, but there is just something amazing about the taste and also the variety of options that you can add to any roast lunch or dinner.
Growing up, Sundays were our family roast day. I remember when I was a kid my mother used to slave tirelessly in the kitchen on a Sunday and she would come out with the most spectacular roast meats. Whether it was chicken one week, pork the next with the best roasted vegetables you ever saw and of course gravy, don’t get me started on gravy. I’m already getting hungry just thinking about it.
