Simple Masala Paste

This simple masala paste recipe is so delicious and easy to make. And you can use it in a variety of dishes as well.

I love making Indian dishes, and better yet love eating them more. I’ve made Rogan josh paste before and thought it was time to try making masala paste. If you haven’t made an Indian paste before, trust me they are just so easy and the smells you get in your kitchen is just outstanding.

Making this simple masala paste can save you loads of time in the kitchen prepping any curry without compromising on the taste. It can be made in advance and can be stored in the freezer for a week to 10 days. This recipe is especially good for making chicken biryani. Enjoy!
