This spicy thai’waiian pizza is bursting with an amazing peanut sauce, deliciously fresh and crisp vegetables and beautiful curried tofu.
I have a confession to make. I am one of “those” people that don’t like pineapple on a pizza. I can just see you all shaking your head or facepalming right now. I will eat it if I have to but generally “NUP”. I also don’t like mint & chocolate combinations, but let’s leave that debate for another day.

This spicy thai’waiian pizza however, I love the pineapple on this & to be fair it’s a necessity on this pizza as the pineapple breaks through the spicy peanut savoury flavour with a nice burst of sweet.
It’s a little different for a pizza but totally worth it. I’m a big fan of Thai food so when I wanted to try this pizza I pretty much knew that this was going to be a hit. Fusion foods this, take amazing flavours from two different cuisines and throw them together into one amazing meal. Trust me, this pizza will become a permanent fixture on your home pizza menu. Cheers!
This was a great pizza. Well done Sir and thank you for sharing.
Thanks Michael. I’m glad you enjoyed it!
