Super Easy Pizza Subs

These super easy pizza subs are so good that you’ll need to be super quick to get your own sub before they are all taken from the dinner table.

Growing up, we never had takeaway food often. I believe it was a combination of cost and not a lot of choice back in those days where we lived. But seriously we didn’t know any better. One of the things that my mother was always good at was making food out of what was in the fridge and cupboards.

These pizza subs are her recipe (at least pretty darn close to hers) she made when we were kids. And no wonder we didn’t know any different as these pizza subs are so delicious and don’t last very long at all. They’re also great for the hip pocket if you’re trying to save a little on the food budget. The cost of ingredients for this recipe was just under AUD$15, which is AUD$1.25 per pizza sub.

Whether it’s time or trying to save a few bucks, these super easy pizza subs can save the day. Which could really be everyday. You can also change it up and use whatever you have in the fridge. The possibilities are endless. Give them a go. I know you won’t be disappointed.
